Classes for Homeschoolers

Theme Class Description:

The 7-week Theme class will focus on Natural Disasters and Boat Science.


Theme is: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday ~ 1:00-3:00 pm

Ages: 8-13 years old

Cost: $360


       The theme class will focus on two topics this session.  The natural disasters focus will examine the major types of natural disasters (Earth Quacks, Tornados, Volcanos, Hurricanes, & Floods), learning how and why they occur, and where in the world they are most common.  During the boat science focus the kids will explore concepts like, why does a pebble sink but a giant tanker float.  They will look at the different types of boats and create boats of their own to float down the stream.  During the last few weeks each child will pick a topic to study and create a project to display their learning.




Music: Join us on Friday from 1 - 3 p.m. for music

Ages: 5 - 13 years old

Art:  Join us on Wednesdays from 1 - 3 p.m. for Art

Ages: 5 - 13 years old

*Please note that your child will be joining classes with our matriculated students. Therefore your registration will include a phone conversation and a meeting with our homeschool liaison to ensure that we can meet the needs of your child and that you understand the school’s philosophy of education.
